In order to be a leader in Toronto’s growing catering scene, we needed to clearly identify our “CATERING DELIVERY PRESENCE”. We already had been doing catering delivery for some of Toronto’s oldest restaurants since the 1990”s and have learned a great deal from this.
WHAT WE LEARNED…
Was that food is extremely TIME SENSITIVE and must be delivered, ON TIME and in the SAME CONDITION/PRESENTATION as it is when it leaves the restaurant/kitchen. It has to be delivered by a clean vehicle by neat, friendly, professional and careful dedicated delivery personnel.
We wanted to be able to provide for all of a company’s food delivery needs in this manner.
